Keith Grimwood

Professor Keith Grimwood is a paediatric infectious diseases physician who has been a Senior Lecturer in Paediatrics at the University of Melbourne, Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Otago-Wellington, Conjoint Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Queensland and Inaugural Director of the Queensland Children’s Medical Research Institute. He is now the Professor of Infectious Diseases at Griffith University and Gold Coast Health. As a clinical researcher he has published more than 280 papers, book chapters and reports covering respiratory viral and gastrointestinal infections, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis lung disease, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, bronchiectasis, meningitis, urinary tract infections and vaccine-preventable diseases.
